Construction work

The project requires heavy equipment and helicopters. NorthWestern Energy is working with our contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the safety of the public and crews during the project.

The hiking trail located on the west side of Red Lodge may be closed for a short time during construction.

Activity at the Red Lodge airport will not be interrupted.

Traffic detours and planned service outages will take place as needed for the safety of the public and our crews during construction. We appreciate the patience of drivers and our customers.

The power poles adjacent to the school will be replaced in June after this school year is complete.
