Aug. 16 planned power outage will affect NorthWestern Energy Montana customers in Nelson area

Helena, Mont. – Aug. 12, 2022 – NorthWestern Energy customers on the east side of Hauser Lake will have a planned power outage from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16.
Customers in the American Bar, Nelson and Eldorado areas will be affected.
The outage is necessary for upgrade work to the energy infrastructure to be done safely. The project will improve energy service reliability for NorthWestern Energy’s customers.
