  • Pay balances quickly and easily online
  • Add/remove properties
  • View up to 24 months of energy usage history for individual addresses
  • Download an Excel spreadsheet with information about all your properties

We have two options to meet your needs:

Move Out Option

  • Service is automatically transferred back to the owner when a tenant moves out.
  • NorthWestern Energy will attempt to notify the owner when service is transferred back into their name.

Always Option

  • Service is automatically transferred back to the owner during a break in service, including when services are being disconnected due to non-pay.
  • NorthWestern Energy will attempt to notify the owner when service is transferred back into their name.
